Scheduling Questions

  • How do I book a FREE quote?
    Simply fill out the form on our home page or free quote page and a member of our team will contact you within 48hrs.
  • Does someone have to visit my property before I can book?
    We can provide you a quote in various ways you can fill in the contact form or send over images of what you need cleaning either by Email, SMS or WhatsApp. So nobody needs to actually come to your property for you to book in.
  • How often should I book in?
    This varies depending on the area in question damp shaded areas are prone to growth and will need cleaning more often than the open sunlit areas.
  • Do i need to pay a deposit?
    If your booking is involving the rental of equipment (cherry picker or operated lift) our team may ask for a deposit of up to 50% of the total job value.
  • Can i get a same day booking?
    There is a possibility it would all depend on what needs doing give us a call and we will see what we can do.

  • Are there any hidden charges?
    The price quoted is the price you pay no hidden costs.
  • How clean will the area end up?
    After a clean you should be left with a surface clean enough to eat food off although we wouldn't advise doing this. We guarantee you amazing results.
  • What if I'm not happy with my clean?
    If for any reason you were to be unhappy with our service you can contact our head office at info@grimeblastersuk.ltd .
  • Do I have an account?
    If you have had a booking with us in the past you will already have an account linked with your email address.

Cleaning Questions

  • Can I still have an area cleaned without an outside tap?
    Its a lot easier when you have an external water supply but failing that we can arrive with water on board so there's no need for you to have an outside tap installed.
  • How long will it take to clean?
    This depends on water supply at the property, the amount of grime needing to be removed and even the drainage at the location of work its impossible to give an exact time scale.
  • Is there any way to keep it clean all year?
    Yes there sure is ask a member of our team about our treatment plans.
  • Do I need to be at home while the job is carried out?
    We always prefer the customer being home but if needs be we can still operate without you there.
